Dane Reinhart
Owner & Property Manager
Dane, an ASU Sun Devil alum and resident of Scottsdale, has over 7 years of property and asset management experience working for institutional owner/operators of investment real estate, such as Hayden Properties, Presidium Real Estate, and Balboa Real Estate Partners. In this time, Dane oversaw the operation of over 18,000 single-family and multi-family units, totaling over $2.1 billion in assets under management. Dane holds a B.A. in Economics from Arizona State University and a M.S. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Randy Reinhart

Randy, a “dual-citizen” of Scottsdale and Southern California, has over 25 years of professional real estate experience in residential home sales, property management, new-home developments, and commercial real estate investments. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Arizona and California, and holds his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Riverside, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas.
