Hello! My name is Bruce Routman and I'm the Colorado Springs Realtor® who specializes in working with Colorado Springs home buyers.

This is based, of course, on my first-hand experience building foundations, wood framing, roofing, hanging windows, installing electrical and plumbing systems, installing cabinets and countertops, doing finish work, and everything that goes into a home.

Prior to his career as a home builder and Colorado Springs Realtor®, Bruce worked for US multinational companies in Asia, and was based in Tokyo, Japan for 7 years. Bruce has been a fluent speaker of Japanese and Chinese.
Bruce has lived in Colorado for more than 20 years, and his two children live in Honolulu, Hawaii and Denver, Colorado. Bruce is an avid golfer and skier. He lives in the Blck Forest area of Colorado Springs, not far from the US Air Force Academy.
